Everyone says they’re even better when you see them yourself
Welcome to Oakfields at Duffryn Oaks, Pencoed: a unique, award-winning new development combining the best of Welsh traditional character with up to date designs and facilities to create warm, light and comfortable contemporary homes.
It feels like a traditional village. Every home is individual and in each one you’ll find something of character. This has been matched with modern features such as large windows, natural stone, high quality kitchens and bathrooms, and built in flexibility.
You’ll notice the space. Many have contemporary open plan layouts of the ground floor. Some have more than one bathroom so there’s less of that annoying waiting in the morning when everyone is trying to get ready.
Another thing that you’ll notice is the size of the windows… more light, a bright feeling throughout your home , matched with warmth from modern standards of insulation and high efficiency heating systems.
Amazingly for this price of house, every home is unique! That’s something your friends and relatives will envy!
